Sometimes life gets heavy in ways that are hard to explain to the people around you. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quit, grief that doesn’t follow a timeline, or just a persistent feeling that something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start.

That’s exactly where I come in.

I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, low motivation, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, and chronic pain. I also have a particular passion for working with individuals with disabilities — including those navigating the emotional and psychological impact of living with a chronic condition, physical limitation, or developmental difference. I’m committed to making therapy genuinely accessible to clients who are too often underserved.

My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I’m here to actually understand what’s going on with you — not just hand you coping skills and call it progress. I draw from CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered approaches, and as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I bring specialized training to my work with younger clients and families.

All sessions are via telehealth, so you can access care from anywhere in Oklahoma,  no commute, no waiting room.
