Smart, capable, and constantly running uphill.

Many adults reach their thirties, forties, or beyond before anyone asks the right questions about ADHD. You've built workarounds. You've been called scattered, or lazy, or "so much potential." You're exhausted from working twice as hard for the same result.

An evaluation replaces years of wondering with a clear, documented answer. Whether the result is ADHD, something else, or both, you walk away knowing what you're working with and what to do about it.

Sound familiar?
Deadlines only feel real at the last minute
Starting is the hardest part of every task
Time disappears, and you're late even when you tried
Your mind is loud, restless, and hard to switch off
Piles, unfinished projects, and lost items follow you
You can hyperfocus for hours, just not on what you chose
Checking boxes here isn't a diagnosis, but it is a good reason to get a real answer.

What your evaluation includes

This is a complete clinical process, not an online quiz. Every evaluation is conducted personally by Ashley Bryant, LPC, CRC.

A thorough clinical interview covering your current life, work, relationships, and history from childhood forward
Validated adult ADHD screening and rating tools, scored and interpreted against DSM-5 criteria
A careful look at what else can mimic or travel with ADHD, such as anxiety, depression, and sleep issues
A written evaluation report with your results, diagnostic impressions, and concrete recommendations
A virtual feedback session to walk through your results, ask anything, and plan next steps
A report you can share with your physician or psychiatric provider to support your next step in care

ADHD Evaluation Questions

How much does an adult ADHD evaluation cost?
A flat $525, all-inclusive, with no surprise fees. That covers your clinical interview, screening tools and scoring, your written report, and your feedback session.
Do you bill insurance?
No. The evaluation is a self-pay service. Payment is due at booking, and you receive a paid receipt for your records.
Is the evaluation done online?
Yes. The entire evaluation is virtual and available to adults in Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, and Florida. You complete everything from home, wherever home is in those four states.
Will the report help me get medication?
Your report documents the assessment methods used, the DSM-5 criteria considered, and the diagnostic impression, which is exactly the kind of clinical documentation prescribing providers want to see. Many physicians and psychiatric providers use a report like this to inform a medication evaluation. The decision to prescribe always belongs to the prescriber, so we can't promise a specific outcome, but you will have a thorough, professional document supporting your next step.
Do I need childhood records or old report cards?
No. Helpful if you have them, but not required. ADHD requires evidence that symptoms began in childhood, and we gather that through your clinical interview and history. If you have old report cards or a parent who remembers, great; if not, we work with what you can tell us.
What if it turns out not to be ADHD?
Then you'll know that, which is just as valuable. Anxiety, depression, sleep problems, and trauma can all look like ADHD. Your evaluation looks at the whole picture, and your report will say what the findings actually support, along with recommendations either way.
What if I think I have both ADHD and autism?
That's common, and the two often go together. Let us know when you book, and we can talk through evaluating for both so you get the full picture in one process.
How long does the process take?
Plan for two virtual appointments: your clinical interview and your feedback session. Your written report is delivered within 5 to 7 business days of completing your questionnaires.
Will this work for workplace or school accommodations?
Often, yes. Many employers and programs accept a diagnostic evaluation from a licensed clinician. Some specific situations, such as certain standardized testing accommodations, require psychological or neuropsychological testing by a licensed psychologist. If your situation requires that, we'll tell you up front and refer you to the right provider.
