Real progress, at your pace.

Some clients come in for a specific challenge and finish in a few months. Others stay longer because therapy becomes part of how they keep themselves grounded. Both are valid. Together with your therapist, you'll set goals that matter to you and revisit them on the cadence that fits your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does counseling cost?
If you're using insurance, your cost depends on your specific plan's copay, coinsurance, and deductible. If you're paying out of pocket, call (405) 370-4594 and we'll walk you through current rates and verify your benefits before your first session, so you know your cost up front.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are in-network with most major plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, TRICARE, Cigna, Optum, HealthChoice, and Healthcare Highways. We also accept Lyra for employees with that EAP benefit. Plan availability varies by state, so we'll confirm your specific coverage before you book.
How do I pick the right therapist?
Visit our team page to read about each clinician's specialties, style, and the populations they work with. You can book directly with the person you choose. If you're not sure, call (405) 370-4594 and we'll help you decide before you pay for anything.
Are sessions online or in person?
All sessions are conducted via secure video. You can attend from anywhere in Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, or Florida, no commute and no waiting room.
What if my therapist isn't the right fit?
It happens. Therapy works best when the relationship feels right, and we'll help you switch to another clinician on our team without any guilt or red tape. If we're not the right practice for you at all, we'll point you toward someone who is.
How often should I expect to come?
Most clients start weekly and adjust from there. Together with your therapist, you'll decide on a cadence that fits your goals, your schedule, and your budget.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. Our clinicians are licensed counselors, not prescribers. If medication is part of your care, we'll coordinate with your physician or psychiatric provider and provide documentation to support that work.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Your sessions are protected by law and our HIPAA practices. There are narrow exceptions required by law, such as imminent risk of harm or court order, and your therapist will walk you through those at your first session.

Still have a question? Call (405) 370-4594 and we'll talk it through before you book.
